SellerScope IBM Research

A salesforce is made up of individual sellers with distinct characteristics and histories and collective connections and similarities. In this age of data-driven decision making, salesforce productivity must be supported by predictive, and prescriptive analytics. SellerScope is an experimental research tool that demonstrates how mining and analyzing HR and CRM data can lead to predictive insights for managing sales operations. An interactive visualization of these insights presents an intuitive picture of the analytics results.
