GLEAM is a global epidemic and mobility model, combining real-world data on populations and human mobility with stochastic models of disease transmission. In this project, we worked with the GLEAM researchers to prototype new exploratory visualizations for their simulations. My contribution was mostly the data caching layer and server side APIs, in addition to some quick visualizations such as the one above demonstrating API usage.
